Spontaneous fermentation inception with the grape’s native yeasts, in open type tanks, to achieve absolute expression of terroir. Aging in French oak barrels of 225 lt for 12 months

Characteristics

"Wild ferments" provide a deep, red color. Complex aromas of black fruit, violet, chocolate and spices tie harmoniously with oak aromas. Solid and rich for the mouth, lusty with velvety tannins. Long and sweet after-taste

Accompanies grilled meat or meat cooked with rich sauces, pepper fillets and a variety of cooked meats. It exquisitely fits with grilled lamb or hog and hard, yellow cheese
